Antibody blood test
This is a test to discover whether or not your child is protected against the infections. Like all tests, it is not 100% accurate and a positive result is not an absolute guarantee that your child will not contract the illness. However, it is the best test available and gives a good indication of whether your child is protected or not.
We have negotiated a special rate for the blood test with a laboratory in central London. The cost is £50 for antibody testing for one illness (e.g. measles only), £75 for two illnesses and £100 for all three. The results are sent directly to you with a copy sent to us for our records.
Application for requesting a blood test
